ANSWER:

'TREES FOR LIFE'

WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF TREES IN OUR LIVES AND DO OUR BEST TO SAVE THEM AND CONSEQUENTLY SAVE THE EARTH.

AGRICULTURE IS THE LEADING CAUSE OF DEFORESTATION. EVEN IF THE AGRICULTURAL LAND IS GIVEN BACK TO NATURE, IT HAS LOST THE BIODIVERSITY THAT ONCE LIVED ON IT.

A TREE PRODUCES 260 POUNDS OF OXYGEN IN A YEAR. ALSO, IN A YEAR TREE CAN ABSORB AS MUCH CARBON DIOXIDE PRODUCED BY A CAR DRIVING 26,000 MILES. RESEARCH SHOWS THAT 15.3 BILLION TREES ARE CUT DOWN EVERY YEAR.

ONE AND A HALF ACRES OF FOREST IS DEFORESTED EVERY SECOND.

REFERRED TO AS THE 'LUNGS OF THE EARTH' , THE AMAZON RAINFOREST HAS BEEN REDUCED TO 20 PER CENT OF ITS ORIGINAL SIZE OVER THE LAST 40 YEARS.

IT HAS BEEN FOUND THAT LOSS OF TREES IS CONNECTED TO HIGHER DEATH RATES IN HUMAN BEINGS.

PLANT TREES. SAVE LIFE. SAVE EARTH.

❤Answer:

✨The canopies of trees act as a physical filter, trapping dust and absorbing pollutants from the air.

✨Trees absorb carbon dioxide as they grow and the carbon that they store in their wood helps slow the rate of global warming.

✨Trees host complex microhabitats. When young, they offer habitation and food to amazing communities of birds, insects, lichen and fungi.

Hope it helps...!!❤
