The need for maintaining one's fitness in the current time
During this current pandemic, everyone is obligated to stay inside their homes. Staying inside will keep us safe and secure but also lazy and obese. There will be less work and more rest. And therefore one's fitness is gonna be overwhelmed. So, it is a must to be fit and healthy during the current time. In order to be fit we need to:
- Exercise at least 1 hour every day
- Have a balanced diet
- Go for evening and morning walks.
- Go for cycling and running
- Leave the junks and eat healthy.
- Do gardening.
We all need to move ahead and cope up with the current time and we'll surely overcome this issue.
