Its not my fault he shouted as he went across to the opposite Bank of the river in the boat he was very annoyed with his friends, who accused him of forgetting the camera at a coffee shop.
He is seemed a teenage boy, who came with his friends on a school trip . I came here because this place was a famous tourist spot . it was famous for its watery scenery and numerous water sports besides their cultural dance and music. It was really fascinating to see how one could enjoy a whole world of entertainment here.
However, I was curious to know more about that teenage boy . many questions came in my mind whose camera it was? What made him forgot the camera? Did he went to find it? Therefore, to settle my curiosity I inquired about him from the children who came on the same school trip . I came to know that his name was Rohan he belongs to a middle class family . he was passionate about photography . another child informed me that some of his friends were quite rich . one of his friends brought his camera on the trip . because Rohan clicked beautiful pictures, his friend gave his camera to him . after every click, Rohan used to return the camera back to his friend comma Ankit .But Ankit was very irresponsible . Although he brought his expensive camera, he did not want to shoulder any responsibility of keeping it safe . After clicking pictures in the coffee shop, Rohan placed the camera in Ankit stand . Ankit, however, kept it on the table . they said there for a while and left
I was very excited about my upcoming trip to Mumbai on this summer vacation. I could not only meet my cousins and friends but we have already planned some fun time during my short visit there.
I landed at Mumbai and the excitement started. I stayed at my Uncle’s there. My cousins and I started catching up on things as we were meeting after a long time, like new games we were playing, latest books to read and so on and so forth. We got into a more relaxed state of mind after we reached home and settled down.
But our chats had no end to it! We started planning our upcoming days of my stay to make the most of it. Some of my other cousins too joined and added to our fun. We played games together. We would just around watching movies sometimes or just relax with books.
Every evening we planned to go out to the beach or movie or some shopping. Mumbai being a large city there were of lot of places to look around. The only drawback was time-consuming travel locally. So we planned in such a way that we could save some time on commuting, It would still be longer reaching our destination compared to other places in India! The mode of travel was different from other places as we needed to travel in local trains so the travel itself was an adventure!
One day I had gone with some friends and cousins to the Chowpathy beach. It was pleasant that day so we could leave earlier than usual for our evening venture. The beach was not crowded. We had lot of fun playing all sorts of game. I enjoyed walking in the water on the beach. We were running and splashing water on each and were having lot of fun and merriment.
Suddenly we heard a loud cry but we had trouble locating the source of the voice. The voice was getting louder and louder and more frantic too. At last, one of my friends noticed a boy of 10 or 12 drowning a few feet away in the slightly deeper part of the sea and trying valiantly to stay up above the water. The tide was also picking up a bit. Without even pausing I dived into the water and started swimming towards the boy. My friends were shocked and started shouting to stop me. But I was bent on my rescue mission...
