During my perfect weekend, I went to a party with my friends on Friday night and we had great food, great music and we danced a lot. On Saturday, I got up late, enjoyed a day of relaxation, and met my friend in the evening to see a movie. The movie was fantastic and we ate a snack afterwards. On Sunday, I played in a hockey tournament in which my team won! We were all so emotional about bringing home the trophy, and this was the perfect end to my perfect weekend.

Answer:

Giving Up Technology for the Weekend:

People have always been so attached to technology. Some people say that they can't live without it. Well, is that really true? What if we gave up technology for the weekend?

First of all, we need to be in the perspective of someone who loves using technology. How do you think that they'll feel without technology? They would feel like it's the end of the world. They would think that it would be very boring and not even do it for a million bucks. Well, they wouldn't know what are the benefits though.

Some benefits of giving up technology for the weekend is that you can become healthier. Yes, that's because your eyes are taking a break from that eye-soring light and looking at stuff that are better like books and nature.

You can also start doing better things. For example, people are always eating unhealthy stuff like pizza, chips and cookies. This challenge could motivate you to eat better or exercise more. Why? Because, when you are doing something good like using no electronics, it makes you feel good and motivates you into wanting to do more!!!

Another benefit is that whenever you are not using electronics, you are actually learning more!!! You can go outside and play or read a book inside. All of those help you learn more. For instance, a book teaches you stuff and helps you read better and playing outside teaches you about nature and helps you get stronger.

Something better is that you also get more family time. Everyone in the family is always so focused on technology that they are never spending time together. No more technology means more family time. You can maybe like ride a bike together or play outside together. Scientists say that people who have more family time are most likely to succeed in stuff because family time clears their mind more and makes them feel loved and supported.

So, using no technology for the weekend isn't as bad as you thought, is it? Would you give up technology for a weekend?
