In the democracy decisions are taken collectively and hence take a lot of time, and significant decisions are often delayed.
People in government keep changing, which affects in continuity.
In democracy leg pulling between different parties is a common practice, which leads to change in the decision after the change of guard.
As people for whom the decisions are not involved, and, therefore, some decisions are not useful for ordinary people.
In the democracy, total elimination of corruption is difficult.
