Mrs. Lovely M. Mcgrady Principal – Fraservalley College Miller St. Mount Lokaway, MA USA, 6000

To: Mrs. Mcgrady

Greetings!

This is Jane Claire S. Madison head of the teacher’s department of Fraservalley College. The school committee has come up with a proposal in which the annual school trip of the 3rd year sophomore would take place during January 30th of this year 2014.
The tour will take place at the Mountville museum one of the largest museums here in the United States. This would be a great privilege for us for our students to be exposed to this very well-known establishment. We have arranged the time already and have instructed and sent letter to guardian informing them about the upcoming school tour. The only problem is we are lacking transportation and we would like to ask your permission if we can use other bus facility to accommodate the entire 3rd year students. Hopefully you will agree with my request and I would be looking forward in hearing your response.

Respectfully yours,

Jane Claire S. Madison (Signature)

To,

The Principal,

St. Merry School.

Respected Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that we students are suffering a serious problem that is transport system. There is no transport facility from school. So now a days for traffic jam we can't reach school in proper time maximum days. Many students come from many places, these places are far away from school. So we need transport facility for coming and going.

Please Sir, I hope you will do something for us as soon as possible.

Your's faithfully,

Tina.
