a) The difference between sexual and asexual reproduction is:

Sexual reproduction involves the fusion of an ovum and a sperm that produces a zygote and an offspring is produced from that zygote.

Therefore the individual produced is not totally genetically identical to the parents as crossing over and recombination of genes take place.

In asexual reproduction fusion of gametes do not take place hence, the offspring is absolutely identical genetically to the parent.

b) Difference between stamen and carpel:

In flower the male reproductive unit is stamen that produces pollen grains.

And the structure which is considered as female reproductive part is called Carpel where ovule is produced.
