If you want to send a letter to lots in the group, but if you want them to feel that you have personally mailed them then, you can use this option.
Open a Word Document
· Go to “Mailings Tab” in your word document
· You will find “Start Mail Merge” in that go to the 7th option where it will give you how to create one.
· You will have to have your mailing list
· In the 4th step, you will have to create your letter template which will be guided by the instructions on the right of you.
· After you have created, you will get a preview
· You can make necessary changes
· Then, you can complete the letter.
