Saving a document :

• On the File menu, select Save As
• The Save As dialog box will display.

• Next to File Type is a drop down menu; select Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Microsoft Word (*.doc).
• Click Save. A copy of your document has been saved as Rich Text Format or Microsoft Word format.

Deleting a document :

• Open a File Explorer window.  
• Locate the file that you want to delete.
• Select the file and press your Delete key, or click Delete on the Home tab of the ribbon.
