All persons give their interview to introduce themselves when they meet some unknown person .
Their are alots of demerits of interview such as the interview are very time consuming, they can be costly because interview needs setting up, interviewing, transcribing, analysis, feedback and report . In all these methods alors of money could be spent ..........
