Judicial review is the power of judiciary, it will validate and examine the legislative laws and executive orders of both centre and states.

Explanation:

1. Judicial review is the power of both Supreme court and High courts, they validate the laws.

2. If found any violation of constitution then they made the laws invalid and unconstitutional which eventually leads to nullify those laws and government cannot impose the specific laws.

3. It is must needed for the following three reasons such as judicial review maintains the supremacy of the constitution, it validates federal equilibrium and protect the citizen’s fundamental rights.

4. Judiciary puts the judicial review in to the basic feature of the constitution so it cannot nullify by the government.
