it is not an essay but a few points-

1 make a few mistakes on purpose to show ur unclean english (in grammer or in a common spelling mistake)

2 praise him a little about his gr8 english 

3 move to the point now- ask him to teach you english on a daily,monthly or weekly basis

4 tell him about your key weakness you think there are and how to improve
also tell him to feel free to tell him any tips or rules

5 start the conclusion by saying something like "i am sure you will help me" etc.................and  end it with something like "love to uncle and aunt etc
