My family and I undertook a trek and camping at Valley of Flowers.

​The valley is situated at an altitude of 3300 to 3650 mts.

It is known as the ‘paradise’ of nature lovers. Starting from about 6 kms from Bhinduar village it covers an area of about 87 square kms.

​We reached Haridwar from Delhi. From there, we drove to Joshimath via DevPrayag.

From Joshimath we travelled to Govindghat, the place from where the trek began.

From Govindghat trek to Ghangaria there was a trek to the Valley of Flowers.

Here I camped with my family and then moved on to Hemkund Sahib.

Here, we worshipped the holy shrine and took bath in the holy Hemkund Sahib.

Hemukund is the lake surrounded by seven snowcapped mountains.

Now we trekked back to Govindghat and drove back to Joshimath and finally back to Haridwar from where we came back to Delhi.
