The state of Sikkim mostly comprises of rural area which became the first organic state of India especially in the field of horticulture. But at the same time, it lagged behind in traditional crop cultivation like rice which has been the major staple diet of the Sikkimese people. It extensively relies on Centre Govt. to fulfil its requirement. Thus, the present study focuses on the food security scenario of the state by understanding the agricultural sta
