One of the major incident occur in the life of Narendra Modi, was his joining of RSS after the 1971 war with Pakistan. This incident changed the life and career of Mr. Modi. He used to cook and clean in the RSS headquarter at Nagpur and he proved his mettle while doing risky underground work during the 1975-77 Emergency. The RSS seniors soon realized his excellent organisational skills and analytical mind.
It is from here he became close to the BJP and started his political career while fighting the Ahmadabad Municipal corporation in 1986. He arose very high in his political career and became CM of Gujarat in 2001 and PM of India in 2014.
