Reduced Instruction Set computer(RISC) was organized by John Cocke in 1974. RISC helps to support many simple data types and helps in synthesizing complex data types.

1.RISC is a CPU design strategy. It is based on the insight that simplified instruction sets that states that microprocessor gives higher performance and it has a good availability to adapt and execute instructionss.

2. RISC utilizes addressing modes and has a ability to adapt fixed length instructions for pipelining.

3. RISC permits that any register can use in any content.
