Animal cell is a eukaryotic cell. It is a well defined one. Any animal cell has a plasma membrane , (lacks cell wall) , has a cytoplasm nucleus , and organelles like mitochondria , Rough and smooth E.R , Centrioles (centrioles are found in animals only ) , golgi complex , and many small scattered vacuoles .
