Write the advantages of cryst crystallisation our evaporation

Purification by crystallization is better than evaporation because of the following reason :

• Soluble impurities do not get removed during evaporation of the liquid.

• Some solids like sugar may get decomposed or charred on heating the solution to dryness.

• Evaporation doesn't give crystals of solid.
Only a solid residue is left.
