H2 + N2 ----› NH3

Now,

aH2 + bN2 ----› cNH3 .........(A)

here a,b and c are assumed stoichiometry coefficients.

For N --›
LHS = RHS

2b = c..........(1)
let's consider b = 1
then c = 2

For H --›
LHS = RHS

2a = 3c
2a = 3(2).......[since c = 2]
2a = 6
a = 6/2
a = 3

Put the values of a,b and c in the above equation (A)

3H2 + N2 ----› 2NH3

So, here you can see that,
H => 6 = LHS = RHS
N => 2 = LHS = RHS
