x-y =-1 is first equation and 4x-3y =24 is second equation
multiply first equation with 3
then it would become 3x-3y=-3 let this be third equation
now add first equation and second equation now you eill get 7x=21
therefore x=21/7=3
now substitute this x value in first equation now you will get Y= 4
threfore x=3 and Y= 4
