Photophosphorylation- This process occurs in the chloroplast during the photosynthesis.

Oxidative Phosphorylation- It occurs during Respiration in the mitochondria.
• In those across the inner structure of the mitochondrial membrane proton gradient is developed instead of the thylakoid membrane.
• Oxidation is the only way to produce ATP.
