Actually nearest reaction gives the relationship between EMF, in other words we can say that it is the electrode potential of the cell & concentration of the electrolytic solution.

Formula:-

 \sf{E =  E° -  \frac{2.303RT}{nF}        logQ}

Where,

R = gas constant.

E° = standard electrode potential.

T = temperature in Kelvin.

F = Faraday concept [Taken as 96500 coulomb mol^-¹.

n = gained or lost transferred electrons of the reaction.
