1. Take a piece of muscle of chicken and put it in diluted HCL or vinegar and leave it for about two hours.
2. Collect the piece of muscle on a slide with forceps and press gently with another slide.
3. Put few drops of water and gently place a cover slip on it.
4. Observe it under the microscope.
