These are the steps required to add animation :-

step1:- Open Powerpoint. 

step2:- Click on the object you would like to animate.

step3:-Go to the "Animations" tab.

step4:- Select the animation you would like. 

step5:- Click “Add Animation” to add extra animations to an object. 

step6:- Click “Animation pane” (optional). 

step7:- Select an activation option for the animation. 

step8:- Adjust the animation delay. 

step9:- Adjust the animation duration. 

step10:- Reorder animations.

step11:- Add a sound effect to an animation. 

step12:- Click “Preview”.
