1. on the create tab , in the tables group of buttons,click Table Design button. The Design View window appears.
2.for each field in the table , type a name in the field name column and then select the desired data type from the data type list box.
3. if you want , you can enter any additional information in the description column of a particular Field.
4. add the desired properties from the field properties pane.
5. click the save button on the quick access toolbar.
6. you can begin entering data into the table at any time by switching to datasheet view, clicking in the first empty cell and typing.
