The asana is mainly found to be advantageous in improving the thoughts and controlling the emotions and improve the power of concentration. The freshens gained and the concentration power is increased due to increase movement of oxygen in to brain and hence keeps the body fresh and comfortable. It also stabilise the thyroid function and hence maintain the hormone balance in the body.
