Respected Sir,

I am (your name), the newly joined teacher for English subjects of class 6th to 10th. I was very excited about my first day and was well prepared to teach, All the classes were very good to me but when I entered 10th class, there was much noise.. I told the students to be quiet but the boys got much naughty and started throwing papers on me and using inappropriate words and offended me.

I don't want to punish them severely because they are still kids. I tought it would be appropriate if I tell you my issue so you would take care of it.
