It was a Sunday morning and the weather was good. Suddenly, the sound of siren of the police was blown. A middle age woman was seen murdered. The dead body was carried in the middle of the home. No one knew why did she die. There was no one in the house.
As police arrived, at the same time the husband of the woman also arrived. The police sent the body for funeral rites and proceeded to investigate into the case. Police got no clue to find the criminal. A detective arrived who solved the case within a seconds. The police and the detective jointly started the investigation. The husband claimed that he had gone to the near city for some work.
So, he was absent when the murder took place. The maid of the house also not there as replied by the maid.Later they interrogated a Gardener. He told that he did his work and went away and was not present in the spot. Next, the team of police and detective went to the neighboring house, who also said that they weren't present at that time.
But one of their family friends was present. The family friend told that he went to Bank on that afternoon. The detective arrested the Family friend. The detective explained that Sunday, being a public holiday. No banks were open on that day. So, the family friend did not tell the truth. The presence of mind helped the detective to solve the case quickly.
