heya!! friend!

LETTER OF COMPLAINT  is a formal letter.
they are written when you have a problem with  a product or a thing . the tone of this letter have to be polite .take care of the following things while writing these letters :-)

1. describe wt is wrong with the product or describe the issues or problems .
2. give the date of purchase or the place of purchase.
3.explain how u would like to resolve the problem.
4.explain that u look forward to recieve a reply with a resolution.
5. set a date or time limit in which to recive a reply.
6. give a phone no. on which u can be reached .

                     FORMAT OF LETTER OF COMPLAINT :-
(all should be written in left hand side )

the manager
name of the company/agency
address

dear sir /madam

subject:-

body of the letter :- which includes para1,para2,para3.
in para 1 : u have to write about when , where the item was purchased and wt model or brand it was . and also the bill number.
and then,
in para2 we have to write about the technical complaints . (minimum 3 points)
and then,
in para3 u can write this : since ______ ( item) is under warranty ,kindly replace it within _______ ( days) failing which ,I/we will be forced to move to consumer court.
