 = > x -  \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{4}{4} =   \frac{13}{2}

 =  > x -  \frac{8 +12 }{12}  =  \frac{13}{2}

 =  > x  = \frac{13}{2}  +  \frac{20}{12}
