xy= 6

y = 6 / 3 + √ 3

=6 ( 3 - √ 3) / 6 = 3 -√3 Ans.

THEREFORE ,

(3+√3)y=6

y=6/(3+√3)

y=6/√3(√3+1)

y=2√3/(√3+1)

FACTORISING.....

y=2√3(√3-1)/2

y=3-√3
