$let \: third \: angle \: be \: 90$
$sum \: of \: angles \: of \: triangles = 180$
$x + y + 90 = 180$
$x + y = 180 - 90$
$x + y = 90 - - - - (i)$
ATQ
$2x = y - 30$
$2x - y = 30 - - - - (ii)$
by (i) and (ii)
$(x + y = 90) + (2x - y = - 30)$
$3x = 60$
$x = \frac{60}{3}$
$x = 20$
by putting value of x in eq. (i)
$x + y = 90$
$20 + y = 90$
$y = 90 - 20$
$y = 70$
x=20 and y=70
