rearranging ->
x { }^{2}  + 14x + 49
splitting the middle term into :
7x and 7x
therefore , x2 + 7x + 7x + 49
grouping and taking the common term out
->x(x+7)+7(x+7)
->(x+7)(x+7).
answer is (x+7)(x+7).
