XXY chromosome compliment is found in *Klinefelter's syndrome.*

◆ Klinefelter's syndrome -
- It is characterized by XXY genotype in male phenotypes. i.e. 47+XXY.
- It is caused by non-dysjunction of sex-chromosomes.


# Clinical features -
1) Breast engorgement
2) Azoospermia
3) Tall stature
4) Heart defects
5) Osteoporosis
6) Reduced muscle mass
7) No facial/body hair
