\bold{Answer :}

Given,

y = (- 3/2) x

or, 2y = - 3x

or, 3x + 2y + 0 = 0 ...(i)

Now, comparing (i) with ax + by + c = 0, we get

a = 3, b = 2 and c = 0

Given linear equation

y = ( -3/2 ) x

Multiply each term with 2 ,

We get

2y = -3x

=> 3x + 2y = 0

=> 3x + 2y + 0 = 0

Compare this with ax+by+c=0,

We get

a = 3 , b = 2 , c = 0
