1 hour =60...... then why 60×60?
it is because here we are taking seconds..... that's what 1 hr=60×60 second....

= y% * 1hr = 1min 12 sec
= y% * 3600 sec = 72 sec
= y/100 * 3600 = 72
= y = 72 * 100 / 3600
= 2
