होती है तथा 100 किमी/घण्टे की गति को 6 सेकण्ड में प्राप्त करती है, तो
उसका त्वरण ज्ञात कीजिए।

Given=Initial velocity(u)=40 km/hrs

Final velocity(v)=100km/hrs

Time=6sec

Acceleration=?

Sol=First we will convert km/hrs to m/sec

= u=200/18 m/sec

= v=500/18 m/sec

Now,we will apply newton's first law of motion

i.e. v=u+at

= 500/18=200/18+6a

= 500/18-200/18=6a

=300/18=6a

= a=300/18×1/6

= a=50/18

Therefore,acceleration is 50/18 m/sec
