You are gaurav/ gauri of har ki pauri Haridwar you brought a mobile phone from rainbow electronic Haridwar last week. the phone developed a problem within a week .write complaint letter to the dealer giving details of nature of problem and asking her/ him to replace the defect or replace the phone and letter.
