2nd time we take and put 3-3 coins on both side from the side which we observe heavier or lighter than other

If they are equal in weighs than put other 2 coins which we have not taken and if they are not equal then we can take two from them

3rd time . Put 1-1 on each side, if they are not equal then definitely we will find the coin and if they are equal then the coin which we left is the heavier or lighter from others
