egg albumin when mixed in water forms a colloidal solution.Take a small amount of distilled water in a beaker,separate the egg albumin from the egg yolk and add this to the distilled water.Stir the contents of the beaker with a glass rod.The egg albumin gets dispersed in water to form a milky product which is the colloid
