You are given three bulb 40w 60w and 100w.Which of them have lower resistance?

As power is inversely proportional to resistance so bulb with more power will have less resistance

The 100w should have a lower resistance, due to inverse P and R relationship of P=V^2/R. If V is constant (assume 120Vdc) solving the equation results in: 
40w=360 ohms
60w= 240 ohms
100w= 144 ohms
