You are kanchan / kavi staying at 12 vaibhav apartments new delhi last month you purchased a computer from kv dealers gandhi market new delhi with a warranty of 2 years. all of a sudden it has stop functioning write a letter to the dealer complaining about it and requesting to replace it against the warranty that goes with​ it

                   SUB:- Complaint Regarding DELL X12MH Laptop

Sir/Madam,

I am Kavi Agarwal, one of your oldest customers. On 29th January 2016, I had a purchased a Dell X12MH Laptop Computer, and the invoice number is PQR438. However, eight months later, the laptop has started to troubleshoot in the following manner :-

  1. The laptop takes over 10 minutes to complete the booting process
  2. The mouse pad is malfunctioning when I try to double-click
  3. The computer is functioning extremely slowly
  4. It automatically shuts down after only two hours of activity

As per the terms and conditions of the product, this laptop has a warranty period of two years. Therefore, I request you to replace this laptop with a newer, proper model within the next 14 days against the warranty card provided at the time of purchase.

Subject: Defective Computer  

Sir:  

I bought Zenith computer from your showroom on May 15, 2020 sale no. 6389. I regret to inform you that it is a defective piece. It had a warranty of two years. It automatically turns off after every half an hour; many times its display starts blinking; the battery backup of UPS is only of 5 minutes maximum.  

I have been your regular customer since 2010. My customer id is 2078IN9. You can look up my purchase record in your system. I have been facing a lot of inconvenience and loss on account of the defective computer as I am an online teacher. I appeal to you to replace the defective computer as it is in the warranty period. Looking forward to prompt response.
