from 'The Mobile junction 'S. S. Street, New
Delhi. The phone developed a problem
within few days of it's purchase. Write a

Sir:  

I bought Toshiba Satellite laptop from your showroom on October 9, 2018 sale no. 6389. I regret to inform you that it is a defective piece. It automatically turns off after every half an hour; many times its display starts blinking; the battery backup is only of forty minutes maximum.  

I have been your regular customer since 2010. My customer id is 2078IN9. You can look up my purchase record in your system. I have been facing a lot of inconvenience and loss on account of the defective laptop as I am an online teacher. I appeal to you to replace the defective laptop as it is in the warranty period. Looking forward to prompt response.
