With due respect I would like to let you know that I've ordered a book online on 12th Decemebr named " The Prince and The Pauper" by Mark Twain and published by ABC Publications (Receipt number: XXXXXXXX). Today I received a parcel from your shop, but the ordered book wasn't there, you've parceled another book named "The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood".

As I've already paid the full price of the book, I request you to send the correct book (The one which I ordered) as soon as possible and do let me know the produce by which I can return this book. Looking for a kind cooperation from your end.

Subject :- Replacing of order

Respected Sir( or Mam),

I am constrained to bring to your kind notice that recently I have ordered a book from your shop online, which is "Robinson Crusoe" by Daniel Defore, against receipt of 2134XXXXX.Yesterday, I recieved the parcel and opened it with a lot of excitement, but it brings nothing to me.Actually, you've parceled the other book named " Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan".

So, I request you to please replace the book and parcel my book at earliest as possible. I have purchased a lot of books from you and I'm being your customer from several years, so I think that my complaint will be given a high priority.
