As I had stated earlier, word of mouth said that you are one of the best suppliers for educational products/services business at present. Considering your goodwill and market value, DMP School is keen in doing business with you and expect nothing but the best in terms of quality and service. The rates as mentioned in the above order list is as per your quotations and price list which was mutually accepted by us. The payment terms will be a post-dated cheque for 50 per cent advance along with this order letter. The balance payment of 50 per cent 7 days subsequent tor delivery and after quality inspection. Delivery must be done within 7 days from the order date. If the order for any reason is delayed due to unavoidable reasons, kindly let me know at the earliest, otherwise any delay in the order within the said date, would be considered cancelled  

Please find enclosed cheque number 013148 dated 6 November 2019 drawn on KVB for INR 42650 towards advance for the order. The shipping and billing address are as mentioned in this letter. I am the manager of DPM School, Jaipur. After going through various quotations by many toy shops, we have selected your shop for odrer of toys. Kinder Garten section of our school needs some toys and play equipments on priority basis. The list of the same is given below.
