Sir,

On 2 July, I had made a purchase of Nikon Digital Camera from your shop. The model number of the camera is N965.

The receipt of purchase is attached. The camera does not function properly and does not shows clicked pictures. After insertion of memory card also, no pictures were visible.

I am highly disappointed with the technical issues in the product and request an immediate replacement.
