you have 4 solution a, b, c and d with PS3, 9, 12 and 7 respectively. Identify the most acidic and most basic solution. arrange in increasing order of h + Ion concentration.

Hey there,
A pH less than 7 is acidic and pH more than 7 is basicThe pH 12 is the most acidic solution
then pH 9
then pH 7
and,
The pH 3 is the most basic solution

Abehttt: but how we write in increasing order

Jasjeet04: soory i have wriitten it in decesding order so just reverse starting from 3 till 12 in the same order and you will get your asnwer

Jasjeet04: the pH 3 is most basic and pH 12 is most acidic and the remaining order in between is pH 7 and pH 9 and then ph 12 which is the most acidic.
