I will drip it in all 3 solutions one by one and if it's color will be changed then I will mark that as basic and keep it aside.
now I am left with two test tubes and again I will drip it one by one if blue will change into red I will mark it as acidic .

The red litmus paper dipped in the test tube containing distilled water will turn purple in colour.
The red litmus paper dipped in the test tube containing acidic soln. will remain red in colour i. e. no colour change takes place.
