"Freedom" it's not a word, this is the most precious things for all, either human or animals, everyone wants their Freedom and why not ?. It's right of everyone, But in this generation to get the freedom for what they want, is not gonna always easy,

like a children want to do another thing amd become the person which he/she want but children's have to do what their parents want and such things are happening in every sector or occupation. If a person don't do what he/she want he never give his best even people are not satisfy get not sucess or unhappiness and a lot of issues in life. So the freedom of doing work as they want it's necessary.. "

\: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: "Am I free to do what i want". This is a matter that what you want and whatever you want is not give a bed impact on your family and your society. If your intention are faithful or favourable for humanity you are free to do what you want even our constitution gives this right and freedom for doing what we want but also limit are set, that no one can misuse the right for what they want.

----------Am I free to do what I want-----------

Have you ever got free even for a day or two in your past life? If the answer is yes, next question - Do you regret that you couldn't make that free time useful or are you satisfied with what you did on that free time? If you are satisfied with what you did then you already know how to utilize the free time, so use the same intellect to utilize this free time too.

If you regret at present for not utilizing the free time in the past or if this is the very first time you are free then lets not repeat or misuse it, because your present will be your past and the future will be your present at some point of time.

I don't know about your interests, your passions, your hobbies, and/or even your expertise; the only thing I surely know about you is that - "you do love yourself". Yes, you accept it or not that's true and the biggest proof of the same is that you are alive.

So, in this free time give the same treatment to yourself that you give to others who you love. Please yourself, praise yourself, reward yourself, motivate yourself, and moreover help yourself and ultimately love yourself!!!

Here are few tangible things that you can work upon to achieve the above intangible yet priceless things:

Detoxify your body: Quit any bad habits as this is the perfect time. Drink lots of water. Eat healthy food. Make a proper routine for your meals and sleep.

Meditate: Meditation like breathing exercises (Pranayaam) is a complete package for your healthy mind and body. Allocate some time for daily meditation and feel the difference.

Exercise: Search for what sort of exercise fits for your body. Be fit and healthy. Investing in your health today is like investing in pension fund by which you will get benefitted more in your older days.

Be social: This is the perfect time to meet your loved ones who are unintentionally getting blurred in your conscious mind. Make new friends and add more insight and meaning to life.

Share your knowledge: Knowledge is multiplied by the number of people you share it to, thus it's worth sharing. One of the best idea is to write blogs or answer the questions on the online blogs (the way I'm doing right now in my free time :)) so that a person in need can be helped knowingly or unknowingly.

And these things are easily doable and achievable as you are completely free!!!
