☺Pochampally is rich in handicrafts. It is famous for Ikkat sarees which have a registered trademark.

☺The students visited Pochampally Handloom weavers association where a number of workers were seen working. ☺The most important thing noticed was the quietness and cleanliness was also clearly visible. ☺We learnt about the raw materials, weaving process, dyeing of threads, pattern making etc. It was a knowledgeful visit.☺
